£10,000 reward is offered for the man who dragged a woman into an Islington doorway and tried to rape her

Two passers-by heard the woman, in her early 20s, screaming for help and stepped in, forcing her attacker to flee towards Angel. He had walked alongside her near Essex Road at around 3.20am on July 4 before dragging her into a building entrance on Church Road. The Met released fresh CCTV and an image of the man on BBC's Crimewatch Live on Tuesday. Crimestoppers is funding the reward.

The man is 5ft 8ins to 6ft tall and wore a tie-dye T-shirt with blue and pink streaks.

DCI Paul Ridley said the attack had a 'devastating impact' on the victim's daily life.
