A Facebook ad for Copymind, an AI therapy app, cut to bare feet with toes hanging over a tall building's edge beneath the words 'finally end this'. The Advertising Standards Authority called it 'a clear reference to suicide' likely to distress those affected by it. A second ad sneered at human therapy: 'She'd nod.

'Supports healthy lung function and oxygen flow' was also banned, being absent from Britain's health claims register.

Copymind's second ad mocked therapists: 'I was paying $150 an hour to… chat. We had no goals.'

Silence was itself a breach, as ignoring ASA enquiries counts as unreasonable delay under the CAP Code.
