Architect is struck off after accusing her neighbour of 'gender violence' for driving his 'phallic symbol' car across her driveway

Karin Elliott, a Norwich architect, also branded her neighbours racist because they cheered for England and sometimes flew a Union Jack. The Architects Registration Board has removed her from the register for at least two years for unacceptable professional conduct. The tribunal called her actions 'misleading, lacking integrity and dishonest'. Her French partner, Francois Girardin, told the hearing no neighbour said anything 'directly racist'.
Elliott was fined in 2021 for claiming neighbours built 'Nazi concentration camps'.
She accused one neighbour of 'racial harassment' over a chainsaw claim the tribunal rejected.
She also claimed a neighbour sang the Bee Gees' 'Tragedy' after her father died.
