Donald Trump, with reporter Andrew Feinberg at the Oval Office, after calling him a "sick person" — Feinberg says he is in "perfect health" and will be "right back at it tomorrow.

Andrew Feinberg says he had his annual physical earlier this month and vowed to be 'right back at it tomorrow'. Donald Trump turned on him after he asked why anyone would use the new $25m fraud tip-off fund when the False Claims Act already offers bigger rewards. The White House rapid response account then called Feinberg a 'Mongoloid Moron'. JD Vance branded him an 'imbecile'.

Feinberg told Vance: 'If you're going to insult me at least have the guts to tag my account.'

Pro-Trump YouTuber Nick Shirley received the scheme's first payout, reportedly $10,000.

Trump said of the payouts: 'I will be the arbitrator of all of these decisions.'
