'Are you a 'sick person'?': Trump tells a White House reporter to be 'quiet' during a fiery Oval Office briefing
Andrew Feinberg, The Independent's White House correspondent, asked why whistleblowers would use President Donald Trump's new $30,000 reward scheme when the False Claims Act pays up to 25 per cent. Trump shot back: 'I don't know who the hell you are, but you better be careful.' Vice President JD Vance called the question 'fundamentally dishonest'. Feinberg replied 'not that I know of, sir'.
The Oval Office event launched a $25 million programme rewarding people who report government fraud.
Feinberg says he told Trump 'exactly who' he was five minutes before the clash.
He dared Vance online: 'At least have the guts to tag my account.'
