Arizona woman Laura Owens, who faked a twin pregnancy after ONE DATE with Bachelor star Clayton Echard, is jailed for 30 days

Clayton Echard begged Judge Jeffrey Rueter to send her to prison, warning that 'Laura will not stop until she is removed from her environment.' Instead, Owens got seven years of probation alongside her month in Maricopa County jail. She pleaded guilty in August to four felonies, including perjury and taking another person's identity. Breaching probation could see her jailed for up to 12 years.

The judge wondered if she was a 'sophisticated, conniving, calculating shakedown artist'.

Owens told the court she was 'profoundly, profoundly sorry' for the pain she caused.

Investigators say she doctored ultrasounds and even used another woman's scan.
