'At least I've got a job': Veteran royal photographer reveals the 'storming rows' he has had with King Charles
Arthur Edwards, 86, says the King has screamed at him during their clashes over 50 years of trailing the royals. He enraged the then-Prince Charles by snapping his bald patch in 1977. In 1980 the pair argued at Highgrove over whether Edwards was on private land. His new memoir, 'Cup of Tea, Arthur?', features more than 100 of his favourite photos.
Edwards was the first to photograph Lady Diana Spencer and revealed she was the bride.
Charles later joked to him: 'I trust you won't be made redundant.'
Asked by Prince Andrew what his MBE stood for, Edwards quipped: 'Much Bigger Expenses!'
