Audio-visual engineer, 24, earns an extra £700 a month clearing 'ghosts' from haunted homes with his spooky side hustle
Kofi Masdammer, a 24-year-old audio-visual engineer from New Cross, London, taught himself ghost-cleansing through yoga, meditation and the study of ancient civilisations, then tackled his own family home first at 18. After the cleanse, his family said the house felt 'lighter' and all signs of spiritual activity stopped.
Kofi charges up to £350 per cleansing ritual, earning the extra £700 across roughly two jobs a month.
He says clients had resigned themselves to living with ghostly presences permanently before he intervened.
His own home was in a WWII-bombed area of London — he believes souls 'trapped in shock' caused the activity.
