Axed MasterChef judge John Torode and wife Lisa Faulkner sell £1.8m Muswell Hill home after cutting the price by £105,000

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner bought the five-bedroom Edwardian end-of-terrace for £1.2 million in 2015, and the sale price of £1.8m means they are set to clear nearly £600,000 in profit. The bespoke kitchen served as the filming location for their YouTube cooking show, 'John And Lisa's Kitchen And Home'. Torode, 61, was fired from the BBC's MasterChef 15 months ago. The couple have since purchased a new property with a grand kitchen to continue making content.

Faulkner, 54, received a breast cancer diagnosis in April and is said to have recuperated from her operation in the garden.

The pair first met on Celebrity MasterChef and tied the knot nine years later, in 2019.

Among the home's features are designer bathrooms, timber sash windows and a garden office at the far end of the lawn.
