Bearded Oxford lecturer who teaches in prosthetic breasts and make-up sparks backlash as complaints brand it 'degrading to women'

Matt Rattley, a biochemistry lecturer at Saint Hilda's College, Oxford, regularly teaches students while wearing large, cartoonish prosthetic breasts, low-cut tops and make-up. St Hilda's College has received no fewer than three formal written complaints about his appearance, with critics alleging it amounts to sexual harassment.
Saint Hilda's College was founded in 1893 exclusively for women before admitting male students in 2008.
One former student said they initially assumed Rattley's appearance was "a joke" and "fancy dress" before realising it was his everyday attire.
Students and staff are reportedly "too afraid to speak out for fear of being labelled bigots."
