Benefits fraudster back on the dole after stealing £54m — and has repaid just £18,000

Bulgarian national Tsvetka Todorova, 54, personally pocketed £263,514 as part of a gang that ran Britain's largest-ever benefits fraud, swindling taxpayers out of £54million through thousands of false claims. The July repayment deadline passed without full payment, and interest is now accruing on the balance.
Todorova has reportedly bragged she has been 'back on benefits since December 30' from her rented home in Erith, south-east London.
