Kaley Cuoco, 40, announced the birth of her second daughter, Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey, born on 12 October, revealing the news on Instagram alongside hospital photographs of the newborn. Tom Pelphrey, 44, hailed Cuoco a 'champion' in his own post, writing 'the girls and I would be lost without you'. The name Philomena has not featured in the top 1,000 US girls' names since 1942, with a source saying the middle names honour family members.
Cuoco described the road to baby Philomena as a 'crazy wild up and down journey' and joked Pelphrey is now a 'girl dad for life'.
Pelphrey had shouted out the 'very pregnant Kaley Cuoco' in his Emmy acceptance speech last month, reducing her to tears in the audience.
Big sister Matilda, three, was pictured at home wearing a 'Big Sister' T-shirt, waiting to meet the newest member of the family.
