Boy, 14, is arrested on suspicion of GBH after another 14-year-old was stabbed in Finsbury Park, north London

London's Air Ambulance dispatched a trauma team to the junction of Blackstock Road and Rock Street in Finsbury Park, where a 14-year-old boy was stabbed at around 11.15pm on Monday. The first paramedic arrived in under three minutes. The victim was taken to a major trauma centre, and doctors determined his injuries to be neither life-threatening nor life-changing.

A second boy, also 14, was arrested the following morning on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.

Blackstock Road was closed between Rock Street and Seven Sisters Road for several hours, with a forensic tent and medical equipment visible a short distance from the Blackstock pub.

Police are asking anyone who captured the incident on a mobile phone or CCTV to call 101, quoting CAD 7176/26OCT26.
