British-Israeli ex-hostage Emily Damari thanks those 'who stood with us' as third anniversary of October 7 approaches

Emily Damari, the British-Israeli woman held in Gaza for 471 days after being abducted from Kibbutz Kfar Aza, has released an emotional video tribute to British supporters ahead of the third anniversary of the October 7 attack. Damari, 30, was shot in the leg and hand — losing two fingers — and watched her dog Chucha killed before her eyes when Hamas terrorists stormed her home. She married her partner Danielle Amit in Tel Aviv in August 2026.

Damari urged the British public to 'remember the people we lost, remember the hostages, and please continue to stand against antisemitism.'
