British newspaper is named Title of the Year as judges hail its legal stand against Prince Harry

London Press Club judges hailed the paper's legal win as a 'victory for journalism and a free Press', noting all 97 allegations by the Duke of Sussex and six other claimants were thrown out. The Mail beat The Times, Telegraph, Economist and Sun to the prize at Stationers' Hall on Wednesday. Judges called it a paper read 'from Waitrose to the White House'.

Paul Dacre warned that 'the enemies' of the free press have not gone away.

The Mail's Arthur Parashar was named Young Journalist of the Year.

Gabriel Pogrund of the Sunday Times won Journalist of the Year for a string of scoops.
