BT, EE, TalkTalk and Vodafone are named as Britain's most complained-about broadband providers by watchdog Ofcom
A TalkTalk store, named by Ofcom among Britain's most complained-about broadband providers, drawing seven complaints per 100,000 customers between April and June.
Between April and June, BT, EE, TalkTalk and Vodafone all drew complaints at a rate of seven per 100,000 broadband customers, with EE's figure rising compared with the previous quarter. Virgin Media had the lowest rate at four, while Plusnet and Sky came in at five. The leading causes of dissatisfaction were faults, poor service and delays to connections. Overall complaint volumes fell, but only because pay-TV grievances declined.
Plusnet topped the landline complaints table, largely owing to how it handled complaints.
O2 and Sky Mobile received more complaints than any other mobile providers.
