BT, EE, TalkTalk and Vodafone are named Britain's most complained-about broadband providers in new Ofcom figures
A TalkTalk store, named by Ofcom among Britain's most complained-about broadband providers, drawing seven complaints per 100,000 customers between April and June.
Each of the four logged seven complaints per 100,000 customers between April and June, above the industry average of six. EE's tally rose on the previous quarter while BT's stayed flat. Virgin Media drew the fewest broadband gripes at four, ahead of Plusnet and Sky on five. Faults, poor service quality and delays getting connected drove most complaints, the regulator said.
Plusnet topped landline complaints, many over how it handled customers' complaints.
O2 and Sky Mobile drew the most complaints among mobile networks.
