Burnham closes in on a Brexit reset deal that would let British under-30s work in any EU job

Brussels is reportedly pressing member states, which each control their own work visas, to lift limits on young Britons. The EU may also shelve its demand that Britain cut tuition fees for European students, which ministers have resisted for over a year. A deal would unlock reset pacts on food, drink and carbon markets. Prime Minister Andy Burnham hopes to sign at a Brussels summit on 20 November.

Burnham has said he could go 'all the way' in proposing to rejoin the EU.

This week he also claimed Russia interfered in the 2016 Brexit referendum.

A European Movement UK poll found Britons would vote 57 to 30 to rejoin.
