Calls for Reform London councillors to be ousted after ITV expose shows racist and sexist remarks on camera

Two Reform councillors on a London council are facing cross-party demands for their removal after undercover ITV footage captured them discussing actions that voters would "feel uncomfortable with." Alan Feeney, a senior prison service manager and Reform councillor, has stepped down from Solihull and Birmingham councils after being filmed calling Asian families "parasites" and claiming non-white people should account for no more than 1% of the UK population. Separate footage shows Nigel Farage apparently moving to protect a mayoral candidate who told David Lammy to "go home to the Caribbean." The full 90-minute documentary is due to broadcast on Sunday on ITV1.
Reform MP Robert Jenrick likened the racism scandal to BBC paedophile presenter cases, arguing that no party can run a "fool-safe" vetting process.
Reform's own Runcorn and Helsby MP Sarah Pochin was recorded on camera calling the party "so f***ing chauvinistic" and saying women are excluded.
Reform faces a fresh contradiction after a party booklet handed out at its Birmingham conference instructed councillors to carry out equality impact assessments, despite its pledge to scrap the Equality Act.
