Callum Turner kicks off James Bond screen tests at Berkshire studio, with Jack Lowden and Josh O'Connor expected to follow
Turner, 36, arrived at Bray Studios on Friday, the Thames-side lot Amazon MGM bought in 2024, as the six-year hunt for Daniel Craig's successor nears its end. Each finalist faces three tests: stunts, camera presence and dialogue. Australian star Jacob Elordi is reportedly not testing. No date has been set for a final decision.
Slow Horses co-star Gary Oldman said of Lowden: 'They have picked him.'
Lowden's wife Saoirse Ronan hit back that Oldman 'thinks he's James Bond'.
The unnamed fourth finalist is reportedly Heartthrob star Jack Barton.
