Franklin Addo walked away with nothing after an employment tribunal struck out his entire wage claim against home care firm Jocelyn Cares Domiciliary Limited, ruling he had 'behaved dishonestly'. The giveaway was a document headed 'REDRAWAL OF CASE' that rendered the firm 'Dormiciliary' and director Jocelyn Owusu-Asabere as 'Asabre'.

Care worker Franklin Addo admitted backdating his own signature to signal he would drop his claim.

'Difficult to think of a more obvious example' of scandalous conduct, the tribunal said of the document.

The tribunal said care worker Franklin Addo's dishonesty 'fatally undermined' its faith in his evidence, despite £27,000-plus claimed losses.
