Celebrity Traitors cliffhanger leaves a TRAITOR, King Kenny, holding the deciding vote as 9.7 million viewers tune in

Sharon Rooney and Joanne McNally each received four votes at the round table, leaving King Kenny to break the deadlock — but the episode cut before he cast his deciding ballot. Miranda Hart had earlier been eliminated by the traitors, who cited her skills as "a good detective". Romesh Ranganathan put Michael Sheen under pointed scrutiny over how he had survived in the game so long. Friday's audience of 9.7 million represented a drop from Thursday's high of 10.3 million.

The series opener drew 15.41 million viewers, the largest TV audience of 2026 to date.

The Faithfuls handed the dagger power to all three traitors — Kenny, Maya Jama and James Acaster.

A tearful Hart said the show had given her the chance to 'do the thing that I love' following a period of chronic illness.
