Celebrity Traitors thrown into turmoil as rows, betrayals and shocking eliminations shake up the castle
The 21-celebrity cast of *Celebrity Traitors* series two, one of whose unnamed members reportedly branded BBC producers "like human traffickers" over a strict phone ban during filming.
Mathematician Hannah Fry, banished in Thursday's episode of Celebrity Traitors, has shared the calculations she developed to expose the Traitors — and says they point squarely at the two left standing. Fry, 42, applied the same statistical technique Alan Turing used to crack the Enigma machine, identifying telltale voting patterns that she says James Acaster and Maya Jama have both followed. The episode also saw Rob Beckett murdered face-to-face and YouTuber King Kenny recruited as the replacement Traitor.
Fry told the companion show 'Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked' that Acaster and Jama betrayed themselves by switching their vote from Julie Hesmondhalgh to Fry — a switch only a small number of players made.
Rob Beckett grinned after his murder: 'My boy Romesh Ranganathan will avenge my death and he will get them.'
The show faces a separate off-screen storm — a racism row, NDA breach allegations and leaked spoilers threatening to overshadow the series with two weeks still to run.
