Corinna Schumacher has broken her silence in a new Netflix documentary, saying Paula Abdul's 'Rush Rush' still reduces her to tears whenever she hears it in the car. Speaking in 'Schumacher '94: The Birth of a Legend', due out on 2 October, she described it as 'our song back then'. The film marks one of the few occasions she has spoken publicly since Michael suffered a traumatic brain injury in a skiing accident in December 2013.

Corinna also revealed her mother initially opposed the relationship, saying Michael was 'always pushing others out' at the go-kart track.

The documentary covers Schumacher's title-winning 1994 Benetton season, the first of his seven Formula One world championships.

Michael is reportedly no longer bed-bound and can now sit in a wheelchair and be pushed around the family's estate in Majorca.
