Cornell University's president Michael Kotlikoff confessed to an angry Faculty Senate that he had never read his own police department's report on the alleged gang rape of a female student by seven Chi Phi fraternity brothers. Jane Doe's brother and boyfriend were ordered from their car at gunpoint after an anonymous caller falsely told police he had shot his mother and was 'going to kill' his sister.
