Cornwall nurse is struck off after forging five patients' records to get NHS-subsidised Ozempic jabs for HERSELF

Sarah Jayne Didymus, an advanced nurse practitioner at Port View Surgery in Saltash, was caught when Boots pharmacy queried a huge Ozempic order in April 2023. Staff had noticed she had "lost a lot of weight" in the months before. She printed paper scripts to dodge electronic checks, then cancelled the courses on patient files. The Nursing and Midwifery Council called her scheme "devious, sustained, calculated and planned".
She restarted Trulicity for a patient who had suffered an adverse reaction in 2018.
Twenty minutes after printing a 12-month Ozempic course, she cancelled it, citing 'error'.
She issued another course with no consultation, marked it 'didn't use', then collected the drugs.
