Miranda Hart fights back tears over her health battle after the Traitors murder her for being 'a good detective'

James Acaster, Maya Jama and King Kenny picked off the comedian, 53, fearing she would 'wake up one day' and name all three. Hart had already helped unmask two Traitors, including mathematician Hannah Fry. 'I am so cross with myself, I was wholly focusing on my Joanne issue,' she said. The show let her work again after illness, and 'there were times I didn't think that would be possible again.'

Fellow contestant Joanne McNally paid tribute: 'Miranda was like the mother.'

Her exit came a night after Ross Kemp's 'yawn' murder drew a peak 10.3 million viewers.

Hart has linked her chronic fatigue to an earlier Lyme disease diagnosis.
