Cumbrian couple whose baby son was stillborn two days before his due date donate cooling cots to a Glasgow hospital

Chelsea Turrell and Christian Horn, from Kendal, raised over £30,000 after losing their son Romeo Mackenzie Horn. Working with the charity Abigail's Footsteps, they funded two Abi Cooling Cots for the Queen Elizabeth Maternity Unit. The cots let grieving parents stay longer with a baby lost to stillbirth or neonatal death. Their own cooling cot gave them precious hours with Romeo.

Chelsea Turrell on grieving families: 'Time that can never be replaced.'

The couple handed over the cots on October 20, bringing their rainbow son Reg.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde midwife Rhonda Hendry said staff are 'incredibly grateful'.
