Meghan's father Thomas Markle is reported to the FBI after child abuse images are 'found' in his Mexican storage unit
Meghan Markle and Thomas Markle Sr, whose alleged 2019 paedophilia letter — denied by him — was shared with Harry and Meghan but never passed to overseas law-enforcement agencies.
The Daily Mail reported Thomas Markle Sr, 82, to the FBI after its journalists gained access to an abandoned storage unit he rented in Rosarito Beach, Mexico, three miles from his former home, finding books on paedophilia, magazines depicting child sexual abuse, and photographs of naked Asian females — some of whom looked "conspicuously young."
The unit also contained 35mm negatives showing voyeuristic images of children on a beach, video tapes labelled "Boys-Brother and Sister - Russian XXX", and a paper plate with "DARK WEB" scrawled in red alongside various URLs.
Markle Sr had stripped hard drives from computers in the unit and failed to keep up lease payments for two years, allowing access to the unit; he did not respond to requests for comment.
It would reportedly be "unthinkable" that Buckingham Palace was not informed about a 2019 letter to Scotland Yard accusing Markle of paedophilia — raising fears the Palace quietly buried it to avoid scandal.
