Dale Smith Jr. is denied bond and pleads not guilty to murder of Michelle Parker, 15 YEARS after she vanished following 'People's Court' episode

Dale Smith Jr., 55, has pleaded not guilty and been denied bond after being arrested for the second-degree murder of Michelle Parker, the Orlando mother-of-three who vanished hours after their 'People's Court' episode aired in November 2011. Digital forensics advances cracked the cold case, with police declaring that 'all evidence' points to Smith as the person responsible despite Parker's body never being found. Smith was the last known person to see Parker alive, after she dropped their three-year-old twins at his home before disappearing on her way to a bartending shift.

Parker's mother Yvonne Stewart called the arrest 'the happiest day' — saying 'I knew. We all knew.'

Parker's black Hummer was found abandoned the next day and her mobile phone recovered from a lake, but no remains have ever been located.

During the 'People's Court' episode, Parker warned on camera that Smith 'gets pretty malicious and vindictive' — the row was over a disputed £5,000 engagement ring.
