Davina McCall, 59, reveals she has cardiovascular disease after beating a rare brain tumour and breast cancer
Davina McCall says she had high cholesterol 'for quite a long time' but was told her high 'good' cholesterol offset the bad. She made the admission on her Begin Again podcast, in a British Heart Foundation special for World Menopause Day. She urged women: 'Get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked.' She warned heart disease is 'rife' after menopause.
McCall had a brain tumour removed in 2024 and breast cancer in October 2025.
She received the all-clear from breast cancer in April this year.
'Once you've been ill, you think "Oh, I thought I was invincible,"' she said.
