Four people remain missing after Russia's deadliest strike of the year killed 38 in the village of Myla, where artillery shells, mines and drones stored near civilian homes sparked massive secondary explosions. Zelenskiy called the depot's location a "crime" and has opened criminal proceedings against officials responsible. Russia's defence ministry has now vowed "massive strikes" on Ukraine's energy infrastructure in response to Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian oil and gas facilities.
