Defamation lawsuit filed against Guilfoyle as donor threatens to release 'most explosive' recording yet

Eric Deters, the Kentucky attorney and MAGA donor who exposed Kimberly Guilfoyle's begging texts, has filed a defamation lawsuit against the former ambassador and her legal team in Kenton Circuit Court — after her lawyers called his allegations false and claimed he owed her money — while a former Fox News colleague separately claims Guilfoyle once showed her intimate photos of her lovers. Deters warned the suit "might bring down the entire Trump administration" and teased a 16-minute phone recording he claims is the "most devastating information about Kimberly Guilfoyle to date." Trump pushed Guilfoyle out of her Greece ambassadorship on Tuesday after the Wall Street Journal revealed she had texted Deters asking him to wire $100,000 to her American Express account ahead of her Senate confirmation hearing. Her biography has since been scrubbed from the US Embassy in Athens website.
Embassy staff reportedly told reporters Guilfoyle's exit was 'unprecedented' — 'a violent beheading of the mission' — with Greek officials declining a formal farewell.
Deters says he will drop the suit if Trump secures the extradition of physician Abubakar Atiq Durrani from Pakistan, insisting: 'This is not extortion.'
Former Fox News colleague Lisa Kennedy Montgomery claims Guilfoyle once showed her photos of lovers' credit cards paired with intimate images, calling her a 'status-chasing monster.'
