Dejan Kulusevski will be on Tottenham's bench against Coventry on Monday after a 526-day injury absence
Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi called it 'probably the greatest news since the Everton game' after medical staff cleared the Swede. Kulusevski has been sidelined by a serious knee injury but played a behind-closed-doors match during the international break. De Zerbi said he 'has suffered too much'. Spurs sit bottom of the Premier League with three points from six games.
Savio, signed from Manchester City for an initial £75m, is out for 'some weeks'.
Lucas Bergvall hurt his knee at Old Trafford and faces two weeks out.
Pedro Porro is also sidelined but could return for the trip to Chelsea.
