Shopping centre owner Landsec has put its £1.5bn redevelopment of Lewisham shopping centre in south London on hold. It blames a 'lack of support' from Lewisham's Green-run council. The pause followed the council's call for more affordable housing in the scheme.

The stalled plans were drawn up by architects Studio Egret West.
