Mehmet Oz, now head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, handed warning letters to Kent Senior Care and Evergreen Adult Day Care in Flushing, Queens. 'The bills are much higher than they should be,' he told Kent's director. Federal teams made more than 80 visits across New York City on Tuesday, many involving arrests. The FBI, NYPD and health watchdogs joined the crackdown.

Kent's director claimed patients had not yet arrived at the 70-person facility by 8:30am.

Oz asked why taxpayers should fund a room full of mahjong tables.
