Andrew Achomna, 25, was granted the indefinite order on 3 November after police told Kirklees Magistrates Court he posed a clear sexual risk to women.

Andrew Achomna, 25, sat in Kirklees Magistrates Court with his fingers in his ears, insisting the allegations were 'all made up', as magistrates imposed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order on him on 3 November. He has never been convicted of a sexual offence, yet magistrates heard of a persistent pattern of sexually motivated and intrusive conduct towards women and girls in public, including a July incident in which parents photographed him loitering outside a Cleckheaton school.

Breaching the order, which also bars Andrew Achomna from wearing balaclavas publicly, carries up to five years' jail.

Huddersfield and Dewsbury town centres are now off-limits to Andrew Achomna, except passing through by train or bus.

Sergeant Kirstie Broderick of Kirklees Police said the order will 'significantly restrict his engagement with others'.
