Man in his 30s is killed inside Wolverhampton Lidl after the driver suffered a suspected 'medical incident' at the wheel
Paramedics found eight patients at the Finchfield Hill store just before 6pm on Friday. Another woman inside is in a serious condition in hospital, and the driver was also taken to hospital. West Midlands Ambulance Service said the man got advanced life support but died at the scene. Lidl says the store will stay closed until further notice.
Witness Tina Bonev called the crash 'absolutely terrifying', with 'shock and confusion' afterwards.
Footage captured a man shouting 'Everyone get out the store' as an alarm sounded.
West Midlands Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.
