Ukrainians accuse the US of 'collusion with Putin' after a Russian drone kills a teacher and her baby in a park
One-year-old Angelina was found belted into her pram after a Russian Shahed drone exploded on a path in Nova Vodolaha, near Kharkiv. Her mother, primary school teacher Inna Mariukhna, died later in hospital. An 11-year-old girl and three women were also killed, and 15 people were injured, seven of them children. President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack a 'pure atrocity'.
The US is accused of restricting drone interceptors and delaying vital missile intelligence.
Zelensky warns that Ukraine is running short of Patriot interceptors.
