Drug dealer jailed after hiding secret cannabis farm behind a living room cupboard door

Marius Dardha, a 33-year-old Albanian national of no fixed address, has been jailed for 16 months after police found a grow room he had hidden behind false walls in an Ashford house, reachable only by squeezing through a living room sideboard cupboard. Officers investigating serious organised crime raided the Riverbank Way property on 4 August.
Photos and videos on Dardha's phone traced his role supplying the class B drug back to September 2025
Bypassed electrics 'could have posed a serious safety risk for the neighbours', warned DC Heather Walkden
'The only door he will now see will be the one to a prison cell,' Walkden said
