'I don't think so': Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes claims she has NEVER told a lie in Nathan Fielder documentary

From the Newshound archive · first published 17 October 2026.

Nathan Fielder shot back 'Liz, what?' when Elizabeth Holmes said she had never lied in her life. She insisted 'I've never tried to deceive anyone' and would not say she misled investors. Pressed on a 'white lie or two' to dodge friends, she conceded she probably had. 'You Can See Everything' follows Holmes, 42, in the 34 days before she began her 135-month sentence in a Texas federal prison.

A jury convicted Holmes in January 2022 over investments totalling more than $140 million.

Her partner Billy Evans, who runs blood-testing start-up Haemanthus, appears in a full-frontal shower scene.

Co-director Lance Oppenheim feared the crew was bugged: 'We were in a conspiracy thriller of our own.'
