A source claims it was Billy Ray Cyrus, 65, who popped the question after more than a year of dating. He fanned the flames on Thursday with an Instagram post that signed off 'Kinda has a ring to it'.

The pair met while filming 'Christmas in Paradise' in 2022 and went public at Easter 2025.

Hurley's son Damian, 24, commented 'SO EXCITED' under her ring selfie.

She is filming season two of 'The 'Burbs', playing Jack Whitehall's screen mother, Beverly Fisher.
