Elon Musk 'was responsible' for the slowdown of Ukraine's Starlink network despite publicly blaming Trump's administration, sources claim

Trump was then feuding with Volodymyr Zelensky over Ukraine's strikes on Russian refineries.

Republican senators Susan Collins, John Cornyn, Lisa Murkowski and Thom Tillis demand a Pentagon investigation.

Senators say US personnel could not reach bunkers during Russian air raids.
