Equalities watchdog writes to Reform UK over complaints alleging 'unlawful activity' after an ITV undercover documentary

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has written to Reform UK demanding to know what steps the party is taking to comply with the Equality Act 2010, after receiving complaints alleging unlawful racial and sexual conduct by its members.

ITV's 'Undercover: A Year in Reform' caught councillors calling Black children "animals", Asian homeowners "parasites", and one demanding no more than 1% of Britons be non-white.

Reform MP Sarah Pochin was also filmed complaining the party is "chauvinistic" and riven with "alpha male shit" — adding internal embarrassment to external legal pressure.

The EHRC says it will "take action where appropriate" after assessing Reform's response — a formal investigation remains possible.
