Estonia's spy chief warns Russia could face overnight revolution as CIA chief delivers NATO attack warning in Moscow

Estonia's intelligence chief Kaupo Rosin says Russia is in a "very bad place" and a sudden collapse cannot be ruled out, as CIA director John Ratcliffe flew to Moscow to warn the Kremlin against striking a NATO ally. Western officials estimate Russia is losing 6,000 more troops a month in Ukraine than it can replace, leaving Putin with few recruitment options. Russia's nuclear-capable Khabarovsk submarine has meanwhile begun sea trials in the White Sea, prompting Russian state TV to demand Putin use its Poseidon torpedo to give Britain "three days to learn to breathe underwater."
