Even Republicans sour on Trump as new polls show just 21% approve of his handling of the cost of living

Fox News and NBC both put President Donald Trump's approval among Republicans at 76%, with the Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll at 79%. Fox News has projected for the first time that Democrats look poised to retake the House. Behind closed doors, Trump is reportedly blaming aides for a wobbling campaign. He has reportedly singled out James Blair, who runs MAGA Inc., over how its money has been spent.

Several Republican candidates have removed mentions of Trump from their campaign materials.

His net approval among men fell eight points to minus 19 in the latest Economist/YouGov poll.

At a Kentucky rally, Trump instead praised candidate Ed Gallrein as a 'beautiful guy' and 'central casting'.
