Ex-NFL star Antonio Brown to accept plea deal that will spare him 30-year sentence for attempted murder

Antonio Brown's lawyer Mark Eiglarsh says Miami-Dade County prosecutors have offered a deal that will dramatically reduce the charge against the former NFL wide receiver and result in probation rather than prison. Brown faced a minimum 20-year sentence after being accused of taking a gun from a security guard and firing two shots at a man outside a Miami celebrity boxing event in May 2025, grazing his victim's neck. He was arrested by US Marshals in Dubai in November 2025 and extradited to Florida.
