Eleanor O'Dell, 33, was found dead at her home on St Seiriol's Road in Llandudno on Halloween evening after police were called to reports of a disturbance shortly after 8pm. Christopher Thomas Ellis, 36, of no fixed address, has been charged with her murder and is in custody, with a trial set for next April.

Her family said in a tribute: 'Our worlds have been crushed by the loss of our beautiful girl.'

Police are appealing to anyone trick-or-treating or celebrating Halloween in the area between 7pm and 8.30pm on October 31 to come forward.

Detective Inspector Rob Mahoney urged witnesses to check dashcam or mobile phone footage that could assist the ongoing inquiry.
