Family of Mississippi boy, 1, says bodycam video shows police killing was NOT justified after officers are cleared

Kohen Wiley, aged one, was shot dead on June 14 in a car parked outside a Walmart in Senatobia. Five officers had pursued his mother, Vellesiya Wiley, and aunt Latoya Ferrell over allegations that the two women had taken diapers and baby clothes without paying. Footage shows Ferrell behind the wheel driving toward officers and hitting them as gunfire erupted. Attorney General Lynn Fitch ruled the force justified and said no one will be prosecuted.

Vellesiya says she held Kohen up: 'I raised my baby up.'

Police have admitted 'nobody knew the baby was there.'

Lawyer Ben Crump says both women deny shoplifting.
