Ross Williams-Griffiths, from Bargoed, suffered a cardiac arrest mid-race on Sunday October 4. He was running with partner Katie Bowen as 'Team Griff-Bow' to raise money for Tenovus Cancer Care. His heartbroken family called him 'young, fit and healthy'. They say they do not yet know the exact cause of his death.

He lived at home with parents Mandy and Shane and recently joined a running club.
